At an event where tens of thousands of people arrive over a short period of time, accessible transport has to work first time, every time.
The Challenge
Delivering accessible transport at a major live music event required more than simply arranging vehicles. Every journey had to be carefully planned, coordinated and integrated into the wider event operation while ensuring passengers travelled safely, comfortably and on schedule.
Our Role
Advanced Transport Solutions managed the accessible transport operation across two event days, coordinating vehicles, drivers, passenger movements and on-site communications. Working alongside the wider event team, we ensured the operation ran smoothly from the first passenger to the last.
The Outcome

Student Transport Management
Introduction
Transporting more than 2,500 students to one of Ireland’s largest Transition Year exhibitions required detailed planning, precise scheduling and close coordination between schools, transport providers and event organisers.
The Challenge
With schools arriving from multiple locations throughout the day, the transport operation had to support a carefully managed arrival and departure schedule while maintaining a safe and efficient flow of students into and out of the venue.
Our Role
Advanced Transport Solutions planned and coordinated the transport operation, managing coach arrivals, departures and on-site vehicle movements while working alongside the event organisers to ensure students arrived safely and the event timetable remained on schedule.

Punchestown Festival Shuttle Service
Introduction
During the Punchestown Festival, Advanced Transport Solutions managed the shuttle transport operation between the Osprey Hotel and Punchestown Racecourse, providing guests with a reliable and convenient service throughout the event.

Student Ball Transport Management
Introduction
Providing transport for a major university society ball required careful planning, multiple pickup locations and reliable late-night return services. The operation had to ensure students travelled safely while allowing the organisers to focus on delivering a memorable event.
The Challenge
With large numbers of students travelling together, transport had to be carefully coordinated to meet strict departure times, manage multiple coaches and ensure a smooth return journey at the end of the night.
Our Role
Advanced Transport Solutions managed the transport operation from planning through to the final passenger drop-off. A dedicated ATS steward remained on site throughout the event, acting as a single point of contact for organisers, coach operators and passengers. This ensured clear communication, smooth coordination and immediate resolution of any issues as they arose.
The Outcome
The shuttle service operated successfully throughout the event, providing hotel guests with a reliable transport solution while supporting the overall visitor experience at one of Ireland’s premier racing festivals.

Vintage Picnic
Community Event Transport Management
Introduction
Providing trATS provided passenger transport support for Vintage Picnic, working alongside Invictus Events for Fingal County Council. This was ATS’s second consecutive year supporting the event, building on the successful delivery of the previous year’s transport operation.ansport for a major university society ball required careful planning, multiple pickup locations and reliable late-night return services. The operation had to ensure students travelled safely while allowing the organisers to focus on delivering a memorable event.
The Challenge
The event required the coordinated movement of passengers from multiple locations across Fingal, with all services working to a common arrival time. ATS was responsible for coordinating six vehicles across four routes serving Castleknock, Blanchardstown, Malahide and Balbriggan, while maintaining oversight of the transport operation on site.
Our Role
ATS took responsibility for the transport operation from planning through to on-site delivery. This included vehicle procurement, route and schedule coordination, liaison with transport operators and drivers, and on-site oversight of arrivals and departures. Having ATS personnel on site also provided Invictus Events with a single point of contact for the transport operation throughout the event.
The Outcome
The transport operation was delivered successfully, with the six vehicles operating across the four planned routes and ATS maintaining on-site coordination throughout the event. This was ATS’s second consecutive year supporting Vintage Picnic, continuing our working relationship with Invictus Events and Fingal County Council.
